    Join author and studio head Melissa de la Cruz (Blue Bloods: After Life, The Isle of the Lost) along with special guests Jason June (Out of the Blue) and Jessie Weaver (Live Your Best Lie) as they host an intimate ice cream social and signing at Charleston’s coolest ice cream shop.

    De la Cruz, a longtime Disney author is launching her very own eponymous imprint — Melissa de la Cruz Studio. The collaboration between Disney Publishing Group and de la Cruz will focus on publishing both new and seasoned authors for original content to be developed and expanded across multiple platforms, including for streaming service Disney Plus. The platform’s range will include everything from picture books to adult titles but will specialize in middle grade and YA stories.

    Free. Registration required, limited capacity event with two entries at 12 pm and 1 pm.
